A dialogue about village life and city life
“A dialogue between two friends about village life and
city life”
Myself: Hello, Tony. How are you?
Tony: Fine,
thanks. What about you?
Myself: I am well. However, what’s experience about last
visit to your own village?
Tony: Yes, you know I like my village very much. Village
life is always an attraction for me.
Myself: Why is it?
Tony: Because village life is more charming and
interesting than city life.
Myself: Sorry, I can’t agree with you on some points. All
the modern amenities and
comforts are available in the city life. For this reason, to me city
seems to be
more
attractive.
Tony: But can you deny the exquisite natural beauties and
other facilities of village
life?
Myself: Well advantages of living in a city are unique,
which we can’t get in the rural
area.
Tony: What are the major advantages of living in a city?
Myself: In a city life, we can get electricity, gas and
pure water. We can also enjoy
satellite TV, the internet, air conditioned shopping malls, museum,
public
library, zoo, botanical gardens and all reputed school colleges and
universities.
Tony: But the facilities of village life are not
available in the city.
Myself: What are the benefits of living in a country
life?
Tony: Fresh air, lots of free space, green fields and
sunshine make us comfortable in
a
village. Fresh foods, vegetables, milk, fish all seasonal fruits always tempt
us
to
live country home.
Myself: But the life of village is slower.
Transportations and roads are not adequate
and
available.
Tony: City life also has some disadvantages. City life is
full of chaos. The city life is
over
burdened with smoke of vehicles, with conspiracy of self centered people.
Myself: Really you have laid a very significant point. In
fact, both the city life and
village life have some different tastes of their own. Someone may find
an
unmixed
delight returning to the lap of nature from the din and bustle of city
life.
Tony: Thanks a lot for this realization.
Myself: Ok. See you again.
Tony: Bye.

#About cocurricular activities of your school
Dear
Sumon
At
first, you will take my Salam. I hope you are well by the grace of Allah. I am
also well by the grace of Allah. I received your email yesterday. In your email,
you wanted to know about the co-curricular activities in my school. I will be
happy to share the co-curricular activities of my school. Our school has the
popularity of cocurricular activities. You will be glad to know that our school
has a debating club, a computer lab, cultural club and a sports club.
Besides,
a science fair, book fair, annual sports, and cultural week are held every
year. There is a great opportunity to develop our potential by participating in
these co-curricular activities. We always beat other schools in the area in
inter-school co-curricular competitions.
You
will be happy to know that I am the leader of the debating club and do a lot of
debating activities. If you come to my house, I will take you to my school and
you will be impressed by the co-curricular activities of our school.
No
more today. Write to me soon. Convey my compliments to your patents.

An email about dengue fever #About dengue fever #An email to your friend about dengue fever
# An email about dengue fever
Dear
Nasim,
Hope
you are fine! You might be aware of the spread of dengue all over the city.
Many people got affected in my locality which insisted me to write to you as I
care much about you. Dengue is a non-contagious disease as it never transmits
from one person to other. It is spread only through the infected mosquitoes
which are active during the daytime. If a non-infected mosquito stings to draw
blood from the person who is affected with dengue virus, then the virus
migrates to the salivary glands of the mosquito. When this mosquito stings
another person, the virus gets transmitted to him. It cannot spread directly
from one person to the other. I want you to take some precautions to prevent
yourself from getting infected. It is advised to wear full pants and full
sleeve shirts. Please do apply mosquito repellent creams all over the body
parts which are not covered. Use mosquito nets while you sleep and stay away
from the infected people. Also, make sure that you do not allow water to get
stagnated for a long time as mosquitoes lay eggs in the fresh stagnated water. These simple yet effective measures can
greatly reduce our risk of dengue fever. I’m excited to hear back from you.
Take
care of yourself. Stay safe and healthy.
Lots
of Love,
Imran Yusuf
