We, the students of your school, beg
most respectfully to state that we have been suffering greatly for the want of
facilities in our common room. Our school is one of the best schools in our
area. There is a big common room in our school. But it is sorry to say that we
get a few facilities from our common room. Our common room is not well decorated. After continuous class-hours, we feel tired
and so need to get rid of monotony and to refresh our mind. We cannot enjoy our
off period because we have lack of indoor sports materials. There is a shortage
of newspapers and magazines in our common room. So we need some more facilities
to refresh our mind and develop our skills.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you
would be kind enough to take necessary initiatives in providing more facilities
in our common room and oblige thereby.
