Subject: Request to provide better tiffin in the school canteen

Dear Sir,      

We, the students of your school, beg to draw your attention to the fact that we are going to sit for the JSC exam. As we do extra classes and our classes continue from 9 am to 5 pm. It is not possible for us to attend the afternoon classes without good tiffin.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would consider the case and be kind enough to provide us good tiffin during our extra classes and oblige thereby. I am looking forward to your response.
