                  A very profitable business-একটি অত্যন্ত লাভজনক ব্যবসা !!

One of the gardens in Medina was the garden of an orphan boy. Adjacent to his garden was a man named Abu Lubaba. The orphan boy went to give a wall along his garden and saw a neighbor's palm tree falling into the boundary. The boy went to his neighbor and told him about the problem and wanted to buy a border palm tree so that the wall would be straight. But neighbor Abu Lubaba did not agree.

Finding no way out, the orphan went to the Messenger of Allah and explained the whole incident. Allah's Apostle called Abu Lubaba. In that mosque, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) asked the orphan boy to give him that palm tree, even if it was for money.

Abu Lubaba did not agree as usual. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to him at one point, "Give that palm tree to your brother. I will be in charge of a palm tree for you in Paradise."

Surprisingly, Abu Lubaba still refused to give the date palm. Rasulullah ﷺ became silent at this stage. What more can he say to her!

Sabit (R) was also among the Companions present. He was known as Abu Dahdah. He had a very beautiful garden in Medina. In addition to about 600 date palms, there was a beautiful house and a water well. Abu Dahdah's garden was well known to all the great merchants of Medina. He also lived there with his family.

Abu Dahdah (R) suddenly went to the Messenger of Allah বললেন and said, 'O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! If I buy that palm tree from Abu Lubaba and give it to this orphan, will I also own a palm tree in Paradise? ' The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Yes, there will be palm trees for you in Paradise." Abu Dahdah (R) immediately said to Abu Lubaba, 'Take my whole garden and give me that date tree.'

Abu Lubaba 'worldly' could not believe this exchange! When he regained consciousness, he said, 'Yes, I have taken your palm garden. In return I gave you that date tree. '

Hazrat Abu Dahdah (R) at that moment gave the palm tree as a gift to the orphan boy. Then he looked at the Messenger of Allah and said, 'O Messenger of Allah! Am I now the owner of a palm tree in Paradise '? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, "How many huge palm groves are waiting for Abu Dahdah in Paradise now."

The narrator Hazrat Anas (R) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not say this one, two or three times; Rather happily said repeatedly.

At last Abu Dahdah (R) got out of there and went back to the newly sold garden. He came to the door of the house and called out to his wife, 'O Umm Dahdah! Get out of the garden with the kids. I have sold this garden of the world '. His wife said, 'To whom did you sell it? Who bought it for how much? '

Abu Dahdah said, "I sold it for a date orchard in Paradise." His wife said, 'Allahu Akbar! O Abu Dahdah! You must have done a very lucrative business. '

 Can't we engage ourselves in such a lucrative business !!

মদীনার বাগানগুলোর মধ্যে এক ইয়াতীম ছেলের একটি বাগান ছিল। তার বাগানের সাথে লাগোয়া বাগানের মালিক ছিলেন আবু লুবাবা নামের এক লোক। সেই ইয়াতীম ছেলেটি নিজের বাগান বরাবর একটি প্রাচীর দিতে গিয়ে দেখল, প্রতিবেশীর একটি খেজুর গাছ সীমানার মধ্যে পড়ে যাচ্ছে। ছেলেটি তার প্রতিবেশীর কাছে গিয়ে সমস্যার কথা বলে সীমানার খেজুর গাছটি কিনতে চাইলো যাতে প্রাচীরটি সোজা হয়। কিন্তু প্রতিবেশী আবু লুবাবা কোনভাবেই রাজী হচ্ছিল না।
কোন উপায় না পেয়ে সেই ইয়াতীম রাসুলুল্লাহ্ ﷺ এর কাছে গিয়ে পুরো ঘটনা বুঝিয়ে বললো। আল্লাহর রাসুল ﷺ ডেকে পাঠালেন আবু লুবাবাকে। সে মসজিদে নববীতে আসলে নবী করীম ﷺ সেই খেজুর গাছটি অর্থের বিনিময়ে হলেও ইয়াতীম ছেলেটিকে দিয়ে দিতে অনুরোধ করলেন।

আবু লুবাবা যথারীতি রাজী হলো না। রাসুলুল্লাহ্ ﷺ এক পর্যায়ে তাকে বললেন, "তোমার ভাইকে ওই খেজুর গাছটি দিয়ে দাও। আমি তোমার জন্য জান্নাতে একটি খেজুর গাছের জিম্মাদার হব।"
বিস্ময়কর হলেও আবু লুবাবা তারপরেও সেই খেজুর গাছ দিতে রাজী হলো না। রাসুলুল্লাহ্ ﷺ এই পর্যায়ে চুপ হয়ে গেলেন। এর চেয়ে বেশী তিনি ﷺ তাকে আর কী বলতে পারেন!
উপস্থিত সাহাবীদের মধ্যে সাবিত (রাঃ)ও ছিলেন। তিনি আবু দাহদাহ নামে পরিচিত ছিলেন। মদীনায় তাঁর খুব সুন্দর একটি বাগান ছিল। প্রায় ৬০০ খেজুর গাছ ছাড়াও একটি মনোরম বাড়ি ও একটি পানির কুয়া ছিল সেখানে। মদীনার সব বড় ব্যবসায়ীদের কাছে আবু দাহদাহ (রাঃ) এর বাগানটি সুপরিচিত ছিল। তিনি স্বপরিবারে সেখানে বসবাসও করতেন।

আবু দাহদাহ (রাঃ) হঠাৎ রাসুলুল্লাহ্ ﷺ -এর কাছে গিয়ে বললেন, 'হে আল্লাহ্'র রাসুল ﷺ ! আমি যদি আবু লুবাবার কাছ থেকে ঐ খেজুর গাছটি কিনে এই ইয়াতীমকে দিয়ে দেই, তাহলে আমিও কি জান্নাতে একটি খেজুর গাছের মালিক হবো?' রাসুলুল্লাহ্ ﷺ বললেন, "হ্যাঁ, তোমার জন্যও জান্নাতে খেজুর গাছ থাকবে।" আবু দাহদাহ (রাঃ) সাথে সাথে আবু লুবাবাকে বললেন, 'আপনি আমার সেই সম্পূর্ণ বাগানটি গ্রহণ করে সেই খেজুর গাছটি আমাকে দিয়ে দিন।'
আবু লুবাবা 'দুনিয়াবী' এই বিনিময় বিশ্বাস করতে পারছিল না! হুঁশ ফিরলেই সে বলল, 'হ্যাঁ আমি আপনার খেজুর গাছের বাগানটি গ্রহণ করলাম। বিনিময়ে আমার সেই খেজুর গাছটি আপনাকে দিয়ে দিলাম।'
হযরত আবু দাহদাহ (রাঃ) সেই মূহুর্তেই খেজুর গাছটি ইয়াতীম ছেলেটিকে উপহার হিসাবে দিয়ে দিলেন। তারপর রাসুলুল্লাহ্ ﷺ এর দিকে তাকিয়ে বললেন, 'হে রাসুলুল্লাহ্ ﷺ ! এখন আমি কি জান্নাতে একটি খেজুর গাছের মালিক হলাম'? রাসুলুল্লাহ্ ﷺ বললেন, "আবু দাহদাহ'র জন্য জান্নাতে এখন কত বিশাল বিশাল খেজুরের বাগান অপেক্ষা করছে।"
বর্ণনাকারী হযরত আনাস (রাঃ) বলেন, এ কথাটি রাসুলুল্লাহ্ ﷺ এক, দুই বা তিনবার বলেননি; বরং খুশী হয়ে বারবার বলেছেন।
শেষে আবু দাহদাহ (রাঃ) সেখান থেকে বের হয়ে সদ্য বিক্রি করে দেয়া সেই বাগানে ফিরে গেলেন। বাড়ির দরজায় এসে স্ত্রীকে ডাক দিলেন তিনি, 'হে উম্মে দাহদাহ! বাচ্চাদেরকে নিয়ে এ বাগান থেকে বের হয়ে আসো। আমি দুনিয়ার এই বাগান বিক্রি করে দিয়েছি'। তাঁর স্ত্রী বললেন, 'আপনি কার কাছে এটি বিক্রি করেছেন? কে কত দাম দিয়ে এটি কিনে নিয়েছে?'
আবু দাহদাহ (রাঃ) বললেন, 'আমি জান্নাতে একটি খেজুর বাগানের বিনিময়ে তা বিক্রি করে দিয়েছি'। তাঁর স্ত্রী বললেন, 'আল্লাহু আকবার! হে আবু দাহদাহ! আপনি অবশ্যই অত্যন্ত লাভজনক একটি ব্যবসা করেছেন'।
 আমরা কি পারি না এরকম লাভজনক ব্যবসার সাথে নিজেদের কে জড়িয়ে রাখতে !!
